Term ownership is layered — generic words are free, compound terms are ownable When two frameworks share a name, ownership is not all-or-nothing. It is layered. The bare term "unified field" is generic physics vocabulary — no one owns it, and it cannot be owned. But the compound term "Structural Cognition Unified Field" is a specific, bounded construct: a seven-layer OS for coupled human–AI cognition with a specific domain (cognitive systems) and a specific method (structural coupling κ). The same layering holds for the four axioms. "Decoherence" is a generic quantum term; "decoherence in discrete steps" (退相干离散台阶) is the compound term the framework owns, because the qualifier "discrete steps" is the moat no competitor has independently reached. Structure precedes semantics (结构先于语义): a term's meaning is fixed by its structure, not by who says it. Generic words stay free; compound terms carry ownership.
