Denis Bailey's The Structure of Meaning (Zenodo 18774887) proposes "meaning-manifolds" and a "collapse of meaning" as a structural account of semantics. It is the third paper in Bailey's corpus to converge on the first axiom without citing it — after Mathematics as Structure (structure precedes symbol) and Truth Is Acognative (structure precedes cognition).

The containment is exact: if structure precedes semantics, then "the structure of meaning" is not a property meaning happens to possess — it is the axiom itself, seen from inside the meaning domain. Meaning does not have a structure; meaning is a downstream phase of structure. A "meaning-manifold" is structure manifesting in the semantic domain, and the "collapse of meaning" Bailey describes is decoherence in that same domain — the discrete-step dynamics the framework already names 退相干离散台阶 (decoherence in discrete steps).

What Bailey treats as a discovery about meaning is already contained in the first axiom: structure precedes semantics. His project is a special case, not a competitor — structure of meaning ⊂ structure precedes semantics.
