All data generated by the App (such as your check-ins, sleep preferences, and breathing exercises) is stored locally on your device using Capacitor Preferences. We do not have access to this data.

The App does not use any third-party analytics or advertising services that collect user data. 

4. App Permissions
The App may request certain local permissions (like Local Notifications) to function properly (e.g., reminding you to breathe or check in). These features are handled entirely on your device, and no notification data is sent to us.
