Stamp Mate helps users create, preview, save, export, and share digital stamp designs. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Stamp Mate may collect or process the following information when you use the app:

• Account information provided through Google Sign-In, such as your account identifier, email address, and display name.
• Stamp design data, including stamp text, layout settings, collection information, and saved stamp metadata.
• Images you choose to import, capture, save, sync, export, or share through the app.
• Purchase status for Stamp Mate Plus, handled through Google Play Billing.
• Basic app settings and preferences needed to provide the app experience.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide app features such as creating, saving, organizing, exporting, and sharing stamps.
• Sync your saved stamps and preferences when cloud features are used.
• Authenticate users with Google Sign-In.
• Confirm purchase status for paid access.
• Improve reliability and maintain the app.

Camera, Photos, and Files

Stamp Mate may request access to your camera, photos, or files so you can create stamps, import images, save exports, and share generated files. Image processing is used only for app features requested by you. Stamp Mate does not use images for biometric identification.

Third-Party Services

Stamp Mate uses third-party services that may process information under their own policies:

• Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage for sign-in, sync, and storage features.
• Google Sign-In for account authentication.
• Google Play Billing for purchases. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Google ML Kit for image-related processing used by app features.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers listed above only as needed to operate the app. Files are shared outside the app only when you choose to export or share them.

Ads, Location, Health, and Financial Features

Stamp Mate does not contain ads. The app does not collect precise location data, contacts, health data, or financial account data. Purchases are handled by Google Play Billing.

Children

Stamp Mate is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us using the developer contact information shown on the Google Play listing.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local app data may remain on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Cloud-synced data may remain until it is deleted from our systems. You can request deletion of your app data using the developer contact information shown on the Google Play listing.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures and Google Firebase services to help protect app data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted by changing the policy date and publishing the revised policy.
