PRIVACY POLICY FOR VASELOOM: BOUQUET CARE

Abwine LTD ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Vaseloom: Bouquet Care Android application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares, and the choices available to you.

INFORMATION WE HANDLE

Information you provide

You may enter and save bouquet names, dates, selected flower or stem types, vase-condition check responses, the suggested care actions shown for saved check-ins, care history, and appearance settings. This information is stored in the App's private storage on your device. It is not sent to Abwine LTD.

The App does not provide accounts or ask you to submit your name, email address, contact details, or other account information.

Information collected automatically

The App does not include analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, authentication, or cloud-service SDKs. It does not collect or transmit usage data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, or other information to Abwine LTD or third parties.

Google Play and the Android operating system may independently process information when they distribute, install, update, or operate apps. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and the App does not receive that information.

Device permissions and sensitive access

The App does not request runtime permissions or access the camera, microphone, location, contacts, notifications, or files outside its private app storage. The App does not declare Internet access.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information that you save locally is used only on your device to provide bouquet sessions, selected-stem handling notes, visible-condition checks, suggested care actions and check-in history, and your chosen appearance setting.

SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

The App does not transmit information to Abwine LTD, does not share information with third parties, and does not use a backend or third-party data processor for App functionality.

DATA RETENTION

Locally saved bouquet sessions and check-ins remain on your device until you delete a bouquet session, use the App's local-data reset control, clear the App's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the App. Your appearance setting remains until you change it, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. The App disables Android cloud backup and excludes its data from device-to-device transfer.

Because Abwine LTD does not receive or maintain your App data, we do not retain a server copy and cannot retrieve or delete that local information remotely.

DATA SECURITY

The App limits data exposure by storing user-created content in app-private on-device storage, requesting no runtime permissions, and providing no network functionality. Access to locally stored information also depends on the security of your device and Android installation. No method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

YOUR CHOICES, DATA REQUESTS, AND DELETION

You can edit, archive, restore, or delete individual bouquet sessions in the App. You can remove all bouquet records and check-ins with the local-data reset control. That control retains your selected appearance setting; you can change it in the App, or remove all App data by clearing the App's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the App.

The App does not provide user accounts, so there is no separate account-deletion process. Abwine LTD cannot access or delete information stored only on your device. You may contact us with questions about these practices using the email address below.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for a general adult audience interested in caring for cut-flower bouquets and is not designed or directed to children. The App does not transmit personal information to Abwine LTD.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or our data practices change. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date above.
