These Terms of Use govern your use of Sleep Reset. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App
Sleep Reset provides guided breathwork, sleep reset recommendations, progress tracking, and subscription-based premium access. The app is for general wellness purposes only and is not medical advice.

Subscriptions
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access.

Disclaimers
The app is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Sleep Reset does not guarantee specific sleep outcomes.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleep Reset is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time by publishing an updated version.
