This Privacy Policy explains how YT Success Studio ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. WHO WE ARE
YT Success Studio is a mobile app that helps customers browse YouTube-related growth services, place orders, manage a wallet / top-ups, and contact support. The App is published and supported by Ayzntra.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Account information: email address, display name, password (stored by Firebase Authentication; we do not see your raw password), and optional profile photo URL.
- Google account data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email, name, and profile photo to create or sign into your App account.
- Contact details: WhatsApp / phone number you provide for order updates and support.
- Transaction and order data: wallet balance, top-up requests (including payment proof images you upload), order history, amounts, service selections, and related status updates.
- Support data: support tickets, messages, and any screenshots or attachments you send.
- App / device data needed to run the service: authentication session tokens stored on your device, and basic diagnostics that may be generated when the App crashes or fails to connect.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. The App is intended for users 18 and over.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- Create and manage your account and sign-in session
- Process orders, wallet top-ups, and related customer support
- Communicate with you about orders, account issues, and support tickets (including via WhatsApp when you provide a number)
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Improve App reliability and fix bugs
- Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and related Google Cloud infrastructure host account, order, wallet, and support data.
- Google Sign-In: authentication is handled by Google when you choose Continue with Google.
- Service operators / admins: authorized staff may access account, order, payment-proof, and ticket data to fulfill orders and support requests.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Payment proofs you upload may be viewed by admins to approve or reject top-ups. Card numbers are not collected inside the App.

5. DATA SECURITY
Data is transmitted using encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS) when communicating with Firebase and Google services. Access to backend data is protected by Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules.

6. DATA RETENTION
We keep account, order, wallet, and support records for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal / accounting requirements.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND ACCOUNT DELETION
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data associated with YT Success Studio.

How to request account and data deletion:
1. Email team@ayzntra.com or use https://ayzntra.com/contact
2. Use the subject line: Delete my YT Success Studio account
3. Include the email address registered in the App

After verifying your request, we will delete your account profile and associated personal data within 30 days. We may retain anonymized or limited transaction records if required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.

8. PERMISSIONS THE APP MAY REQUEST
- Photos / media library: so you can attach payment proof images or ticket screenshots
- Clipboard: so you can copy payment details or order information
- Network access: required to sign in and sync your data

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The App may show links to YouTube channels, payment methods, or external sites. Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

10. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Your information may be processed on servers operated by Google Firebase / Google Cloud in locations outside your country of residence.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
