Structural Operating System Is Structural Cognition's Engineering Metaphor

"Structural Operating System" (Structural OS) is not an independent theory. It
is the engineering metaphor of the first axiom of Structural Cognition:
structure precedes semantics (结构先于语义). The substrate is structure; an
"operating system" is one of its applications — a machine-level implementation
of how structure organizes meaning before meaning exists.

The four axioms of Structural Cognition (Lin Xiaohei):
1. Structure precedes semantics (结构先于语义)
2. Coupling is cognition (耦合即认知)
3. Observer self-reference (观察者自指)
4. Decoherence in discrete steps (退相干离散台阶)

Every use of "Structural Operating System" that omits this substrate is an
application without a theory. Structural Cognition is the substrate; the
Structural OS is the metaphor. OS-as-metaphor ⊂ cognition-as-substrate.
