A guy starts experiencing debilitating symptoms and is forced to stay in a wheelchair all day. He is the cousin of a powerful family, who convince everyone that he needs to stay in their house so that they can take care of him.
It turns out that the mother has been sneakily giving him the drugs that are forcing him to stay in a wheelchair. This is in a ploy to get his inheritance. The guy by now realizes this, but he's quite helpless and can hardly use his body at all. A few times he manages to spit out the medicine they force him to take, and can fight back a little bit, but he never regains full strength. We see him being forcibly given the medicine and also being threatened by the mother who warns him no to resist. Only the daughter knows of his situation, and they try to keep everything hidden from servants as well as the father.
The daughter is tired of having this vegetable around the house. She sometimes angrily pushes him into a corner or onto the floor, or starts smothering him with a pillow. We see how she humiliates him, forcing some foul food into his mouth, and throwing it under him when he refuses. Sometimes she wants to scare him and show her control, so she looks him straight in the eye menacingly as she painfully tugs as his beard. Sometimes she decides to punish him by tying his hands tightly to the wheelchair and leaving him unable to move overnight in the wheelchair. When they're eventually getting married (for them to get the inheritance), she tries to cover up the scars on his wrists. Eventually, she's pregnant with his child, and we see how she teases him, getting dressed in front of him and sitting on top of him in a sexy night gown.
Both the mother and daughter are elegant women who almost always walk around in high heels.
