1. 수집하는 정보
달꽃은 다음 정보를 기기 내부에 저장합니다.
- 생리 주기, 증상, 체중, 약 복용, 병원 진료 등 사용자가 직접 입력한 건강 정보
- 임신테스트기 사진 (AI 판독 시 일시적으로 전송 후 즉시 삭제)
기본적으로 모든 데이터는 기기에만 저장됩니다. 클라우드 백업 기능을 활성화한 경우, 암호화된 데이터가 Firebase(Google LLC, 미국 서버)에도 보관됩니다.
2. AI 판독 기능
임신테스트기 AI 판독 기능을 사용할 때만 사진이 서버로 일시 전송됩니다.
- 전송 경로: 앱 → 달꽃 백엔드(프록시) → Google Gemini API
- 사진은 분석 직후 즉시 삭제되며 어디에도 저장되지 않습니다
- 분석 결과(텍스트만)는 사용자 기기에만 저장됩니다
- AI 결과는 참고용이며 의학적 진단을 대체하지 않습니다
3. 클라우드 백업 (선택)
설정에서 클라우드 백업을 활성화하면 Google Firebase 서비스를 통해 데이터가 암호화 저장됩니다.
- 서비스 제공자: Google LLC (Firebase), 미국 소재 서버
- 저장 방식: AES-256 암호화
- 언제든지 비활성화 가능, 비활성화 시 서버 데이터 삭제 가능

4. 캘린더 / 알림 / Apple 건강 권한
- 캘린더: 생리 예정일, 배란일을 Apple 캘린더에 추가할 때만 사용
- 알림: 생리·약 복용 예정일 리마인더에만 사용
- Apple 건강: 생리 주기, 체온, 체중 데이터 동기화 시에만 사용 (선택)
- 카메라 / 사진: 임신테스트기 사진 분석 시에만 사용
모든 권한은 거부해도 앱의 기본 기능 사용에 지장 없습니다.
6. 데이터 삭제
앱 설정 → '모든 데이터 초기화'를 통해 언제든 모든 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기의 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
7. 어린이 개인정보
달꽃은 13세 미만 사용자를 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
8. 변경 사항
이 정책은 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 업데이트를 통해 안내합니다.

🇺🇸 English Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
Moon Flower stores the following information on your device:
- Health data you input: periods, symptoms, weight, medication, doctor visits
- Pregnancy test photos (temporarily sent for AI analysis, then immediately deleted)
By default, all data stays on your device only. If you enable Cloud Backup, encrypted data is also stored on Firebase (Google LLC, US servers).
2. AI Analysis Feature
Photos are temporarily sent to the server only when using the AI pregnancy test analysis.
- Path: App → Moon Flower backend (proxy) → Google Gemini API
- Photos are deleted immediately after analysis and stored nowhere
- Analysis results (text only) are stored only on your device
- AI results are for reference only and do not replace medical diagnosis
3. Cloud Backup (Optional)
If you enable Cloud Backup in Settings, your data is encrypted and stored via Google Firebase.
- Provider: Google LLC (Firebase), servers located in the United States
- Encryption: AES-256
- Can be disabled at any time; server data can be deleted upon request

4. Calendar / Notification / Apple Health Permissions
- Calendar: used only to add expected period and ovulation dates to Apple Calendar
- Notifications: used only for period/medication reminders
- Apple Health: used only to sync cycle, temperature, and weight data (optional)
- Camera / Photos: used only for pregnancy test image analysis
All permissions can be denied without affecting core app functionality.
5. Data Storage
All data is stored on your iPhone by default.
- iCloud Backup enabled: encrypted in Apple iCloud (Apple Privacy Policy applies)
- Cloud Backup enabled: encrypted on Firebase (Google LLC, US) servers
6. Data Deletion
You can delete all records at any time via Settings → 'Reset All Data'. Deleting the app removes all data from your device.
7. Children's Privacy
Moon Flower is not directed to users under 13 years of age.
8. Changes
This policy may change. Significant changes will be announced via app updates.
