1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Savorly, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
2. Service Overview
Savorly is provided as an iOS application with general app features, account functions, content tools, and related support services. Content made available through the app is offered for general functional purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, therapeutic, or other professional advice.
3. Accounts and User Materials
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activities that take place under your account. You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or submit through the app, but you authorize us to host, process, transmit, and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the app for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct. You also may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the app, bypass security controls, scrape data without permission, or infringe the rights of other people or entities.
Do not upload illegal, harassing, deceptive, hateful, or infringing content.
Do not misuse the app to spam, impersonate others, or collect data without authorization.
Do not attempt to disrupt security, systems, or service availability.
5. Intellectual Property
The Savorly application, including its software, interface, branding, text, and original materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app. Where liability limitations are restricted by law, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent allowed.
8. Account Deletion and Data Retention
You may request deletion of your account through available in-app settings or by contacting support. After a valid deletion request, account data may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms. Deleting the app from your device does not automatically cancel subscriptions or third-party billing arrangements managed through Apple or other platforms.
9. Child Safety and Prohibited Content
Savorly has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, trafficking-related exploitation of minors, or any other conduct that endangers children. Users must not create, upload, request, transmit, store, promote, or distribute prohibited material, nor use the app to facilitate unlawful contact with minors. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve records where required, and report illegal conduct to appropriate authorities.
Use in-app reporting tools or contact support if you encounter child safety concerns.
We may review reports and take action consistent with law and platform policy.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the app if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk for users, or interfered with the integrity or security of the service. You may stop using the app at any time.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted in the app or otherwise made available. Continued use after updates means that you accept the revised Terms.
