1. Introduction

Focus Study Hub ("this extension") helps students stay focused while studying. This policy explains how user data is handled.

2. Data We Store

This extension stores the following data only on your device (chrome.storage.local):

• Timer settings and state (start time, end time, remaining time)
• ToDo items (Today, This Week, This Month)
• Exam names and dates
• Restricted site list (hostnames and enabled/disabled state)

3. Data Transmission

This extension does not send user data to external servers. All data remains on your device and is not shared with third parties.

4. External Communication

External communication occurs only when a user explicitly clicks:

• "Bug Report / Request" button, which opens Google Forms (forms.gle) in a new tab.

No other automatic external communication is performed.

5. Purpose of Permissions

Permission	Purpose
storage	Store timer state, ToDo items, exams, and restricted sites locally
alarms	Detect timer completion accurately, even in the background
Host access	Show soft-block UI on user-configured restricted sites

6. Data Deletion

When the extension is uninstalled, all data in chrome.storage.local is removed automatically.
