The program's stated schedule is **13:30 COT (UTC−5)** (buyback thread terms). The buys are one per
**COT day** 10-09…10-14, none on 10-15 (skipped), then one each on 10-16, 10-17, 10-18 — exactly as claimed.
In **UTC** the 10-16 buy falls at 10-17T02:00:51Z, so two buys share the UTC date 10-17 and none fall on
