Sleep Reset helps people improve their bedtime routine with guided breathwork, a personalized sleep reset plan, and subscription features.

Information We Collect
- On-device app state such as onboarding answers, breathwork history, streaks, and plan progress
- Subscription and purchase status provided by RevenueCat and Apple
- Basic analytics events related to app open, onboarding completion, paywall views, checkout start, purchase, and restore flows

How We Use Information
- To provide personalized sleep reset recommendations
- To unlock premium subscription features
- To maintain app functionality, progress tracking, and purchase restoration
- To understand product performance and improve the app

Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the app, including Apple for purchases and RevenueCat for subscription management.

Data Storage
Some app data is stored locally on your device. Subscription status and purchase-related data may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat.

Your Choices
You can stop using the app at any time, delete the app to remove locally stored data, and manage subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Children
Sleep Reset is not directed to children under 13.
