Possible to make \`nimsuggest\` run with --backend\:js or -d\:nodejs?

I mean when it runs for nim code, \`defined(js)\` would be true and \`importjs\`
won't error with \`importjs can only be used in JavaScript backend\`.

(Not meant to compile \`nimsuggest\` itself to js)
