1. Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile app, web assets, and release package distributed under the name PDF Sathi Studio.

2. What the current build does
The current build provides local-first tools such as editing and signing PDFs, merging and splitting PDF pages, converting PDFs to images or text, creating PDFs from scanned or selected images, saving exported files back to the user's device, and showing monetization ads in the Android app.

3. Data collection in the current build
The current build is not designed to create user accounts or intentionally collect personal information on a remote server for core PDF actions.
When a user selects PDF files, images, or camera captures, those files are used so the requested action can be performed locally inside the app runtime.
The Android build may include Google Mobile Ads. According to Google's SDK disclosure guidance, ad delivery may involve data such as IP address, device or account identifiers, user interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes.

4. File access and camera use
The app may request access to files, images, or the camera only when needed for user-requested actions.
File access is used to open PDFs or images selected by the user.
Camera access is used only when the user starts a scan or capture action.
Saved exports are written to the user's device storage or browser download location.

5. How files are processed
In the current build, selected files are processed locally for editing, scanning, merging, splitting, conversion, or export.
The project is not intentionally designed to upload selected file contents to a dedicated remote processing server as part of its core workflow.

6. Advertising and third parties
The current build is not intended to share user PDF contents with third parties as part of the app's main processing flow.
The Android build may use Google Mobile Ads to show banner or interstitial ads. That ad SDK may process limited technical and advertising-related data as described by Google in its own disclosures and policies.
If future releases add analytics, ads, crash reporting, cloud backup, account systems, or server-side file processing, this Privacy Policy must be updated before those changes are published.

7. Retention and deletion
Exported files remain on the user's device unless the user deletes them.
The current build does not provide a remote account dashboard or remote storage system for core PDF processing, so there is no separate online deletion flow for that local processing path.

8. Security
This project aims to reduce unnecessary data exposure by keeping core processing local where possible.
Users should still avoid processing highly sensitive documents on untrusted or shared devices.

9. Children
The current build is not specifically directed to children.
If legal or platform requirements change for your release region, this section should be updated accordingly.

10. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy should be updated whenever app behavior or data handling changes, especially if login, ad configuration, analytics, cloud sync, subscriptions, or remote servers are added.
