# Motion Relief Privacy Policy

Motion Relief is designed to show motion cue dots for passengers. The app does not require an account and does not upload personal data to a server.

## Data processed on device

Motion Relief may use device motion sensors to animate cue dots. If auto detect is enabled, the app may use location permission to read the device's current speed. The app may also use Activity Recognition permission if the user enables activity confirmation.

## Data storage

Settings are stored locally on the device. Motion Relief does not store location history, trip history, sensor history, accounts, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contacts.

## Data sharing

Motion Relief does not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties.

## Permissions

Motion Relief may request:

- Display over other apps: to show motion cue dots above other apps.
- Location: to read current speed for optional travel detection.
- Activity Recognition: to improve optional travel detection.
- Foreground service: to keep the overlay running while active.
