PRIVACY POLICY FOR DUESPARE

Abwine LTD ("we," "us," or "our") provides the DueSpare Android application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, where it is stored, and the choices available to you.

INFORMATION WE HANDLE

Information you provide

DueSpare lets you enter and manage information about replaceable household items. This may include item and device names, rooms or locations, part or model details, replacement dates, intervals, spare counts, notes, and replacement history. The App stores this information only in its private local storage on your device. Abwine LTD does not receive this information.

Information collected automatically

The App does not automatically collect analytics, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, usage data, crash reports, or similar information. It has no account system, cloud backend, remote API, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or Internet permission.

DEVICE PERMISSIONS AND SYSTEM ACCESS

Notifications

If you choose to enable reminders, DueSpare may request Android's notification permission. The permission is used only to display local reminders for due dates calculated from information you entered. A notification may include the name of the relevant item and may be visible on your lock screen depending on your Android notification settings. You can deny or revoke notification permission at any time. The rest of the App remains usable without it.

Boot and time-change events

Android may notify the App after the device restarts, the time or time zone changes, or the App is updated. DueSpare uses these system events only to restore or adjust reminders that are scheduled locally on your device. The App does not use exact-alarm access, transmit these events, or send reminder information to Abwine LTD or a third party.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information stored in the App is used locally to:

- show your items and their user-defined schedules;
- calculate due dates from dates and intervals you provide;
- record replacement history and spare status;
- support search and filtering; and
- schedule and display optional local reminders.

SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Abwine LTD does not collect, sell, rent, or share App data. DueSpare does not include third-party advertising, analytics, authentication, cloud storage, or data-collection SDKs. Android provides local operating-system functions such as private app storage, alarm scheduling, permission controls, and notifications; using those functions does not send your DueSpare entries to Abwine LTD.

DATA RETENTION

Your DueSpare entries remain in the App's private storage on your device until you clear the App's storage in Android settings or uninstall the App. The App disables Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer for its local records. Abwine LTD has no server-side copy and therefore does not retain your App entries.

DATA SECURITY

DueSpare stores its records in Android app-private storage, disables cleartext network traffic, and disables backup and device transfer for its local data. The App does not request Internet access. These measures reduce exposure, but no device or storage method can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and deciding what to enter in item names and notes.

YOUR CHOICES, DATA REQUESTS, AND DELETION

You control whether notifications are enabled through the App and Android settings. You can also control notification visibility, including lock-screen visibility, through Android settings.

DueSpare does not create user accounts and Abwine LTD does not hold a server-side profile or copy of your App data. To delete all locally stored DueSpare data, clear the App's storage in Android settings or uninstall the App. Because the data never reaches Abwine LTD, we cannot access, export, correct, or delete it remotely.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

DueSpare is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. The App does not knowingly collect or transmit children's personal information.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or our data practices change. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date above.
