PageSnag is a Chrome extension built by GET BIT LABS LLC for capturing full-page screenshots. Our default design is local-first: screenshots and settings stay on the user’s device unless the user explicitly chooses a share or AI action.
PageSnag does not collect personal data to the developer’s own servers by default. Captures, settings, and history are stored locally in the browser.
The extension uses browser permissions required to capture pages, stitch screenshots, save local settings/history, and support optional user-invoked actions such as frame capture and uploads.
If a user explicitly invokes optional sharing or AI features, screenshot content may be sent to the selected third-party service to fulfill that action. Those actions are user-initiated and not automatic.
