PRIVACY POLICY FOR BASKETLAB: AIR FRYER LOG

Abwine LTD ("we," "us," or "our") provides the BasketLab: Air Fryer Log Android application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and the choices available to you.

INFORMATION WE HANDLE

Information you provide

The App lets you enter cooking-trial information such as food names, appliance labels, source notes, temperatures, durations, amounts, starting conditions, midpoint actions, outcome scores, personal-best selections, and free-form notes. It also stores App preferences such as temperature units, theme, and a default appliance label.

This information is stored only in the App's private local storage on your device. The App does not send it to Abwine LTD or to third parties.

Information collected automatically

The App does not include advertising, analytics, authentication, social, payment, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs. It does not collect advertising identifiers, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, or other personal information, and it does not use an Internet connection to transmit App data.

If you install the App through Google Play, Google may process download, account, device, security, and diagnostic information as part of operating Google Play and Android. That platform processing is controlled by Google and is described in the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy; it is not data transmitted by the App to Abwine LTD.

Device permissions and sensitive access

The App does not request runtime permissions or sensitive-device access. It does not request the Android Internet permission. Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer backup are disabled for App data.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

The App processes the information you enter locally to save draft and completed cooking trials; display trial history and exact side-by-side comparisons; remember the personal-best trial you select; clone a prior trial for another attempt; display your trial lineage, notes, scores, and preferences; and let you delete individual records or reset all local App data.

SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

The App does not transmit, sell, rent, or share your cooking-trial information with Abwine LTD, advertising networks, analytics providers, or other third parties. No cloud backend is used for App content or user-created data.

Google Play acts independently as the App's distribution platform. Its handling of store and platform information is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

DATA RETENTION

Cooking-trial information and preferences remain in the App's private local storage until you delete an individual record, use the App's reset control, clear the App's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the App. Because the App does not upload this information, Abwine LTD does not keep a server copy.

DATA SECURITY

The App uses Android's app-private storage and operating-system sandbox. Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for App data, and the App does not include a network path for transmitting your cooking-trial records. No method of local storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should protect access to your device with the security controls available in Android.

YOUR CHOICES, DATA REQUESTS, AND DELETION

You can delete individual trial records in the App. You can also erase all locally stored trials, personal-best selections, drafts, and preferences through the reset control in Settings. Clearing App storage in Android settings or uninstalling the App also removes its local data from that device.

The App has no user accounts. Because Abwine LTD does not receive or store your App data, we cannot access, recover, correct, or delete records that remain only on your device.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. The App does not collect or transmit personal information from users, including children.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or our data practices change. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date above.
