PRIVACY POLICY FOR SEAMRECALL

Abwine LTD ("we," "us," or "our") provides the SeamRecall Android application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and the choices available to you.

INFORMATION WE HANDLE

Information you provide

The App lets you enter sewing-project information, including project names, categories, decision notes, statuses, fabric names, fabric types and amounts, measurement units, pattern names and references, required amounts, milestones, readiness checks, missing-item notes, alterations, results, repeat notes, effort ratings, and make-again decisions.

This information is stored only in the App's private storage on your device. Abwine LTD does not receive it. Do not enter personal or sensitive information that you do not want stored on your device.

Information generated automatically

The App creates local record identifiers and timestamps so that it can save, order, link, and recall your entries. These values remain on your device. The App does not send analytics, diagnostics, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, or usage data to Abwine LTD or third parties.

Device permissions and sensitive access

The App does not request runtime access to your camera, photos, microphone, contacts, location, nearby devices, or other sensitive device data. It does not declare the Android network permission.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

The App uses locally stored information only to provide its on-device features, including displaying and searching projects, linking fabrics and patterns, tracking statuses and milestones, comparing user-entered amounts when their units match, recording finish reviews, and recalling notes from earlier projects.

SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Abwine LTD does not receive, sell, rent, or share your App entries. The App has no account system, advertising, analytics, tracking SDK, cloud backend, remote database, or user-data upload feature. Its AndroidX interface and lifecycle libraries operate locally and are not used to transmit App data.

DATA RETENTION

Your entries remain in the App's private storage on your device while the App's data remains installed. The App disables Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer for its stored data.

You can delete all App data by clearing SeamRecall's storage in Android system settings or by uninstalling the App. The current App does not provide deletion of individual records. Because Abwine LTD does not receive or store your App entries and the App has no account, there is no server-side account or App-data record for us to delete.

DATA SECURITY

The App stores its data in Android app-private storage and disables cloud backup and device transfer. It does not request network access. These measures reduce exposure, but no device or storage method is completely secure. Protect your device with current software and appropriate device-access controls.

YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY REQUESTS

You decide what information to enter. You can stop using the App at any time and remove all locally stored App data through Android system settings or by uninstalling the App. For questions about this policy or the App's data practices, contact us using the email below.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

SeamRecall is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. Abwine LTD does not knowingly receive information from children through the App because the App does not transmit user-entered information to us.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or our data practices change. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date above.
