Track Daily Attendance helps users manage crew/employee attendance, daily advances, payroll summaries, cashbook entries, and reports. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users.

## Information We Collect

### Account Information

When you sign in with Gmail/Google, the app may receive and store basic account information from Firebase Authentication, including:

- User ID
- Email address
- Display name
- Profile photo URL, if available
- Login method
- Account creation and last sync timestamps

If you use the "Skip Login" option, no Google account is required. Your data is stored only on your device unless you later sign in and sync.

### Attendance and Business Records

The app stores records that you enter, including:

- Employee or crew names
- Phone numbers
- Daily salary rates
- Overtime rates
- Attendance marks, such as Present, Absent, Overtime, and Week Off
- Daily advance amounts
- Cashbook income and expense entries
- Payroll and attendance report data

### Device and Advertising Information

The app uses Google AdMob to show banner and interstitial ads. Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or use device and advertising data such as:

- Advertising ID
- IP address
- Device information
- App interaction and ad performance data
- Approximate location inferred by Google, where applicable

Google may use this information to provide, limit, measure, and improve ads, including personalized ads depending on your Google settings and consent choices.

## How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Create and manage your app account
- Save attendance, payroll, advance, employee, and cashbook records
- Sync your records between your device and Firebase when you sign in with Gmail
- Restore your records when you reinstall the app and sign in with the same Gmail account
- Generate payroll and attendance reports
- Show and measure ads
- Improve app reliability and security

## Local Storage and Cloud Sync

The app is local-first.

- Records are saved in a local SQL database on your device.
- If you use Skip Login, records remain local to that device.
- If you sign in with Gmail, records may be uploaded to Firebase Firestore so they can be restored after reinstalling or signing in again on the same account.

## Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may collect information according to their own policies:

- Firebase Authentication, used for Gmail/Google login
- Firebase Firestore, used for cloud backup and sync
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK, used to show ads

- Sign in with Gmail to enable cloud sync and restore
- Control ad personalization through your Google account and Android device settings
- Delete local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app

Track Daily Attendance is intended for business and work management use. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

## Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, including local device storage and Firebase security features. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## International Users

Your information may be processed and stored on servers operated by Google or Firebase in locations outside your country. By using the app, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed in those locations.
