PRIVACY POLICY FOR NEGALOGUE: FILM ROLL NOTES

Abwine LTD ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Negalogue: Film Roll Notes Android application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, stores, uses, and shares, and the choices available to you.

INFORMATION WE HANDLE

Information you provide

The App lets you enter information about your analog-photography workflow, including names and notes for cameras, lenses, film stocks, rolls, and frames; film format and ISO; roll stages; frame subjects and context tags; aperture and shutter values; review outcomes; exposure impressions; and notes for future shoots.

This information is stored only in the App's private storage on your Android device. You are not required to provide your name, email address, phone number, precise location, photos, contacts, or payment information. The App has no account registration or sign-in.

Information created automatically on your device

To operate its local features, the App creates random record identifiers and records local timestamps when a roll is loaded or a frame is logged. It uses this information only on your device to keep records connected, order frames, preserve the active roll, and calculate truthful roll and review counts.

The App does not send this information to Abwine LTD. It does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, crash reports, device identifiers, or usage data, and it has no advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud-sync, or remote-backend SDK.

Device permissions and sensitive access

The App requests no runtime permissions and the release manifest contains no Internet permission. It does not access the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, media files, or other sensitive device data. Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for the App's stored data.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information stored in the App is used locally to save and display your gear and film-stock inventory; track rolls through loaded, shooting, developing, scanned, and archived stages; create sequential frame records and reuse the last frame's lens and exposure values when appropriate; search and filter your records; and record post-scan outcomes, exposure impressions, notes, and summary counts.

SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

The App does not transmit or share your App data with Abwine LTD or third parties. It contains no network client, cloud backend, advertising service, analytics service, crash-reporting service, authentication provider, or other third-party service that receives App data.

The App uses standard AndroidX libraries to provide its interface, application lifecycle, navigation, and local runtime support. These libraries operate within the App and are not configured to send your App data to an external service.

DATA RETENTION

Your App data remains in private storage on your device for as long as the App's storage remains present. Abwine LTD does not set a server-side retention period because it does not receive or store this data.

The current version does not provide an in-app control to delete individual records or all records. You can delete all App data at any time by clearing the App's storage in Android system settings or by uninstalling the App. Android backup and device-transfer rules are configured to exclude the App's stored data.

DATA SECURITY

The App stores its data in Android app-private storage and does not include a network path for transmitting it. Access to data on your device still depends on the security of your device, operating system, screen lock, installed software, and any person who can access the device. No storage method can guarantee absolute security.

YOUR CHOICES, DATA REQUESTS, AND DELETION

You control what information you enter into the App. Because the App does not create accounts or send App data to Abwine LTD, we do not hold a server-side copy that we can access, correct, export, or delete for you.

To delete all locally stored App data, use Android Settings > Apps > Negalogue: Film Roll Notes > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the App. Menu names may vary by device. Clearing storage or uninstalling is intended to be permanent, and Abwine LTD cannot restore the deleted data.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for adult analog photographers and is not designed or directed to children. It does not include accounts, social features, advertising, or remote collection of personal information from any user.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or our data practices change. We will publish the updated policy at the public policy URL and revise the effective date above.
